random BSOD, few times now

ok, so my PC freezes or shows bsod and I hear some kind of noise from speakers, and sometimes one long beep from PC.
These are my PC specs:
CPU - AMD Athlon II X4 640 Processor 3.00GHz
RAM - 6,00GB
GPU - XFX GHOST 2GB R7850 DD
MB - 880GMA-E55(MS-7623)
PS - MS 550W BTXP4

SF Diagnostic is attached, tnx for help.
Btw. I tried RAM 1 by 1 and it didnt help and GPU is new.

Right, your bugchecks indicate a fatal hardware error. It's best if you test different components but from the bugcheck it looks more like RAM.

Please run memtest86 for at least 8 passes. Follow these instructions.

Can you also run Prime95 to stress test your CPU.

Already tested my GPU and it passed, after I test RAM and CPU I will tell the results, tnx man
