Random BSOD... Help please (BSOD dump & system health report attached)

Hello. I am experiencing some random BSODs. It happens no matter what program is running. It could be in a game, surfing the internet, or listening to music. It is very random. Happens about once every two days on average. Some days are worse.

I have tried running driver verifier, but it would still only bsod occasionally, except it would bsod on startup instead of being in the desktop and getting a bsod.

I have also ran memtest x86 a few times and found no errors.

My windows 7 is:
-x64 bit Professional Edition
-Original OS installed on my system (I built the system)
-Full retail.
-Built my system over the summer. Been getting occassional BSODs ever since.
-OS installation is about 4 months old.

And if this helps, My system parts are:
-Intel i7 860
-EVGA P55 LE motherboard (using onboard audio as well)
-EVGA gtx 470
-Adata G-Series DDR3 1600mhz ram (2x2gb)
-some low-end hitachi 750gb hard drive
-Thermaltake Toughpower XT 775 watt.

Yes I have installed all the latest drivers from all the manufaturers' websites.

I have also attached a BSOD dump and system health report.

Please and thank you for your help.

Welcome to SF.

Like you indicated, you have the latest video driver.

However, your network and wireless network drivers need updating.

Marvell Yukon:
Driver c:\windows\system32\drivers\yk62x64.sys (11.10.6.3, 384.00 KB (393,216 bytes), 6/15/2009 2:10 AM)

D-Link Adapter:
Driver c:\windows\system32\drivers\athrx.sys (8.0.0.238, 1.47 MB (1,542,656 bytes), 10/5/2009 4:34 PM)

Followup: memory_corruption

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000024, memory referenced
Arg2: 000000000000000d, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000001, bitfield :
bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff8000348856f, address which referenced memory

Most likely driver-related.

Still, run memtest86+ and let it go through at least six passes.

Finally, uninstall McAfee or Norton and replace it with MSE.

I am currently running Avast Antivirus, not Norton or McAfee. Should I switch to MSE anyways?

And thank you for pointing out those drivers. I thought they were up to date.. I downloaded the network driver off my motherboard's manufacturer website, not the marvel website; and I used the included d-link disk. Things I overlooked.. Didn't think a wifi card with outdated drivers could cause this :P.

Thank you very much for your help.

I built my system and Norton or McAfee was never installed on this system.

I ran the removal tool anyways, but nothing happens on the screen upon running it. Is that normal? I see the Norton Removal tool running in my task manager under the "processes" tab though.
