So i have this problem since about 3/4 weeks but in total it only happened about 10 times but 4 of those yesterday and today (two each day) and it looks like it's getting worse.
It's the first time i had BSOD with my new build , and i have this PC almost a year , only other time it happened was when i was testing my overclock when i finished the build but that's normal.
Since than everything worked tip top and couple of weeks ago while playing Witcher 2 bam! a BSOD , i didn't really made a big thing out of it at first but it's now it's happening everyday.
It probaly has nothing to do with the game itself cause it's happening randomly , while browsing the net , gaming and such.
Yesterday i updated all the drivers afaik but it didn't help.
I think it might be the problem with new nvidia GPU drivers because i installed 275.27 beta driver around the same time it started to happen but as i had some problems with it i rolled back to 270.61 WHQL.
Now I'm using 275.33 WHQL so i thought i roll back to 270.61 WHQL again but i will wait to see what you guys think.
Only change i made to my hardware recently (last week) is a new 3TB Hitachi HDD
and removed old 750GB , idk if it's relevant to the situation but i thought it's worth mentioning.
I'm attaching all the required files as instructed and filled the info about my system.
Thank you in advance.

P.S: My Windows 7 Ultimate x64 is a Retail version and i installed it 6 months ago (with a new SSD)

Memory corruption probably caused by sptd.sys.

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%.

They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs.

Use this SPTD uninstaller DuplexSecure - Downloads

when you're done you can use this Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) in its place.

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program.

Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Just remember, any time Memtest reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad motherboard slot.

Test the sticks individually, and if you find a good one, test it in all slots.

Update old drivers

How To Find Drivers:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads

First of all thank you for the reply.
So i did everything you suggested used SPTD uninstaller , uninstalled Daemon Tools
Lite and updated the programs using files you specified.

Only thing that remains is jswpslwfx.sys my ESET is blocking lion's share of results i get from google and gives me this message.

[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]"Access to the web page was blocked by ESET Smart Security.
The web page is on the list of websites with potentially dangerous content"

Why is that , is ESET just overprotective ?
Now I'm going to wait and see if my PC crashes again.
Once again Thank You for the help !! .

OK so since last post all seemed ok till today , i was playing DOW2 with my friend
and i got BSOD two times in 1 hour.
First one was usual irql_not_less_or_equal but the second was different though i didn't get to read it cause my PC restarted.
I'm attaching two latest minidump files , I'd appreciate some help getting really confused
Thank You
