Random BSOD ... Not sure what is the cause

Not sure if the BSOD is caused by software or hardware. I am thinking hardware (possible hard drive, or memory?) though I can't seem to verify it. With memory, I have tested it several times and it seems to go on all night with no problems using memtest.

I have uploaded the BSODs from this year (only 3). I usually just let it go, but over the past month I have noticed a performance downgrade when playing games along with a recent BSOD. wondering if it is related or something else (thought it may be a overheating CPU, as the cpu heatsink gets really hot despite the fan going)

I don't know, just thinking out loud so to speak. Any help would be appreciated

► Enable Driver Verifier, as stated.
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable. Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

► Perform some Disc Maintenance.

  1. Update your SSD's Firmware (Skip if it is a SSD)
  2. Reseat the sata and power.
  3. Run chkdsk /f/r, following the option two of the tutorial Disk Check
  4. Seatool for dos: SeaTools | Seagate download
Burn it in a blank cd. boot from the CD, click on "Accept", wait for it to finish detecting the drives, then in the upper left corner select "Basic Tests", then select "Long Test" and let it run.
Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.

Thanks. will post back with details. prob wont get a chance till this weekend. On a side note, I did find that my CPU is running at 99 degrees C =/ I figure that to be the problems of my performance lately. Hopefully didn't damage the CPU
