I have been having this problem for about a week now. For some reason my laptop keeps crashing randomly. Sometimes I'll bring it out of hibernation, and see that it restarted from a crash. Just now it crashed while trying to update my video card drivers. Here is the mini dump file associated with the most recent crash, along with all the other files required to diagnose the problem. About 3 months ago I did a zero fill of the hard drive to remove a factory partition and reinstalled windows 7 home premium (which is what the laptop came installed with). I'm not sure if this has to do with the crash, but I believe the health report is showing a problem with the video drivers is because I haven't reinstalled them. It crashed while trying to update them, and I wanted to get this posted before I tried installing them again.

My system specs are as follows:

Asus G73JH-BST7
Windows version: OEM Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
System age: OS install: 3 months System hardware: 1 year

Thanks for the reply. Now I think I have an even bigger problem. I just down loaded driver sweeper (from the CNET website, I've used it before and like it). After installing it I uninstalled the ATI drivers with the correct ATI software. After completing that I clicked yes to restart my computer, but it didn't restart. Now when I try to restart it nothing seems to happen. The screen stays black (as in not on at all) and the "busy light" only stays illuminated for a few seconds. If I try and touch the power button it shuts off immediately. I've removed the battery to see if that does anything, but nothing seems to work.

Ok, now my laptop is restarting, lol. Not sure what happened.

Now I have another problem... Seems like that's all I get with this thing. When I try to install the new display drivers I get an error. When I look at the install log it shows that it failed to install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable. I think I am going to try an uninstall the drivers again, and install the latest ones from the ASUS website for the laptop. Not sure though why the newest wouldn't install.

Wow, can't believe how many problems I'm having with this thing. Woke up today and tried turning on my laptop and its giving me the same problem as before where it won't boot up. I tried reseating the ram and hd, but that didn't work. I really have no idea what to do now.
