Blue Screen occurs randomly while working with multiple apps active, 2 which are network apps. Have multiple Win7 computers on this network without issues!
Have changed out memory, replacing with 4 new 4gb modules, updated the BIOS & Video Driver, turned on Driver Verifier yesterday (no BSOD yet). Used Windbg and could not find anything specific. Hoping that the verifier will produce something usable. Have used your tool, dm log collector.exe to fill in the blanks!
Have had this issue with another identical HP system and replaced it. I have restored factory defaults on this system but, have not put it back on the network yet.
Appreciate your assistance with this issue...

It is norton security with backup. We cannot say that it is the sole cause of the BSOD; but it is at least adding up there.

Please uninstall (not disable; disabling will not prevent it form loading the driver) it; at least on a test basis. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

Let us know how it goes. If needed, we have to take further steps.

Quite coincidentally, the last thing I did before posting this issue was to add exceptions to Norton for the two network programs, suspecting that could be the problem. The result as it stands, since this post, is that no more BSOD! I will monitor it through the end of the week and post the results.
Thanks for your help!

Bsod continued

I had posted or rather thought i had posted a response on 05/05/16 and report yet another BSOD. This was just before I uninstalled Norton! In any event, the dump files I am providing this time were created with Driver Verifier turned on! I have Norton Uninstalled and was hoping that this file submission would lead to something more definitive!

Is it the computer? Drivers & Software for HP Compaq Pro 6305 Microtower PC - HP Support Center.
Install the USB3 driver.

And do what suggested in post #2.

Will apply the two drivers that was suggested and let you know what happens. Additionally, no further BSODs since removal of Norton.
