BSOD on WinServer 0x00000101

Hello.
I've encountered a problem with my little home server. Sometimes (Mostly when i'm not even using the server) it just crashes to BSOD.
Some weeks ago i borrowed a server Network Controller. It didn't fit properly in PCI slot. It was longer than the slot. But i was told that it would work just fine.. It did, until this happened. I thought 'Okay - i doesn't work', so i took out the card again, i jumped CMOS, but the problem persisted. I've tried to format, but it didn't make anything different.
It would be awesome if can put the Server Network Controller back into the machine.

I run Windows Server 2008 r2 x64 on this machine.

Here's a .dmb report: https://www.dropbox.com/s/2anelfk3v6l2k5e/bsod1.txt

Here's a Speccy full system report: https://www.dropbox.com/s/zc6nhkf31dqhos8/M-DAY-SERVER02.txt

Thanks in advance :)

Seems like all of the BSODs are 101s, there are a few things you could try but if they don't help you need to upload a kernel dump (C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP):

Update the BIOS:
BiosMajorRelease = 8
BiosMinorRelease = 0
BiosVendor = American Megatrends Inc.
BiosVersion = P01-A2
BiosReleaseDate = 08/11/2009

Update the following drivers:
Intel(R) ICH8R/ICH9R/ICH10R/DO SATA RAID Controller

I don't think i'm able to update the Bios. The motherboard is from an Acer Desktop computer.
But i'll try to update the drivers. Thanks! I really appreciate that you took time to help me.
