Hello, hope some kind hearted person might be able to help me!?

I've been struggling with some random BSODs, please see attached dm log collector .zip

Can someone highlight to me where is the root of the problem? Thank you so much!

Hello ArtisanJ,

From your recent crash dumps I can see that a couple of drivers have been implicated.

They are the graphics driver and a USB to video displaylink driver. You should try updating these to see if it will help.
igdkmd64 igdkmd64.sys Fri Mar 16 14:40:35 2018
dlkmd dlkmd.sys Thu Mar 27 17:21:05 2014

These links may help:

Code:
dlkmd.sys	WDDM KMD Loader - DisplayLink Core Software	USB to video download:
 [url=http://www.displaylink.com/support/downloads.php]All Downloads[/url]
Other portions of the software must be downloaded from the OEM

igdkmd64.sys	Intel Graphics driver	[url=http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Default.aspx]Drivers & Software[/url]

Here is a section from the crash dump analysis revealing the system activity at the point of the crash.

Hi again - update:

No more BSODs - however normally there are weeks between these....

I have been able to download the new driver for: DisplayLink Core Software, however the Intel driver I could not locate, nor scan for ( error on Intel website ) and their chat support was not very helpful other.

If anyone could suggest the next step that would be much appreciated - many thanks!

Jack

It's possible that the displaylink driver was the only one needing the update. Keep monitoring and post a new set of logfiles if you do get any more BSODs.
