OS
windows 7 professional 32 bit
The minimum RAM for Windows 7 32bit is 1GB, but if you want to have better performance with videos and games you need to install at least 2GB RAM.
This will improve your graphics performance since it uses your RAM.
With the current price of RAM, depending on the type, this should be cheap and easy to do.

Use this free system information program to find out what RAM you have installed, then post the info here.

What external devices do you have attached?

Recommend un-installing Norton, known to cause issues with Windows 7 on some systems, it may also be using a lot of RAM.
It's not working on your system.
Install MSE for testing, to see the affect on your laptop.

Your last crash is: STOP 0x000000F4: CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION
Cause: Several processes and threads are necessary for the operation of the system. When they are terminated for any reason, the system can no longer function.

Code:
CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION (f4)
A process or thread crucial to system operation has unexpectedly exited or been
terminated.
MODULE_NAME: wininit - primarily acts as a launcher for the majority of the background applications that are always running.
wininit - Likely not the cause but the result of the real cause of the crash.

First step should be to get minimum 2GB RAM.
