Hi thanks for advice. im actually going to go ahead and buy a new harddrive as this new pc build is only 2 months old and everything is new except the hdd which i used from my hp since it had stuff on it. i never overclocked or anything so that wont be an issue. also i started to get even more problems when i boot pc before the login screen i get an attempted disk check then it says its corrupt and cant check. now w.e files i add to my desktop i cant delete because "unreadable or corrupted" error 0x8007570 or something
when i get new hdd i will get back and see if it solved my problems
thank you for the advice tho, appreciated it!

tho i wud like to ask. another idea is when i get new hdd shud i go ahead and flash bios so it's reset/updated with new hdd or just go ahead install the OS and drivers, etc.???

Its good if you know how to do it. Be careful while flashing BIOS though.
