random BSOD, stop code F4 & 7A, and wont create minidump

random bsod on my laptop, sometimes it said ntfs.sys
tried every way to makes windows to create the minidump, but no one created..
always stuck when "collecting data for crash dump..." or something... if just let it completed, it will restart but told me to choose boot media, like USB or DiskDrive, no harddisk were found. then i need to use the power button to restart it
ran memtest, 8 passes no errors
ran malwarebytes, well done with no malware
yesterday ran chkdsk, frozen at 17 percent.. but weeks before i ran chkdsk its just fine

pls tell me what to do first , no minidump

Ntfs and freezing. Without any other information I am pretty sure your hard drive is going bad. If you can back up your stuff. Then go to the website of your hard drive manufacturer and check out that drive.
Back up your stuff first thing.

the harddisk is ST500LT012-1DG142, so its Seagate

but sir, for this time, after bios screen, its just went blank, black screen nothin happen..

I agree with Rich....0x7A and 0xF4 in combination is most certainly a drive fault.

Since you can no longer boot into Windows, use this to backup your user files:

so im able to boot with peppermint5, opened file manager, in home folder it shows /home/peppermint and i cant find my files. in Places tab it shows Home Folder, Desktop, Trash Can and Applications... no disks even my usb

Can you reboot with PepperMint5, and open GParted. Please maximise it and see if your hard disk is shown.

I'm not sure about SeaTools and Rufus. You could try and see.

only show a disk labeled PEPPERMINT with mount point /cdrom, capacity is 7.22GB , its the usb drive

Select the Devices menu in GParted and see if it shows it there.

i clicked ignore and there is unallocated partition & file system, with 465,76GB size.. besides my usb Fdisk

Ok. Try File Manager again to see whether you can browse that partition - that is your hard disk.

still, no disk in File Manager,
i double-clicked that disk in GParted, it told about error during read and unrecogdised disk label
