Hi,

Every now and then, three times in the past week, I get a BSOD. This is the output from BlueScreenView and I have attached the file produced by DM Log Collector.

The BSODs come with no warning and are always the same as this one, there is no one thing that I do that seems to trigger them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Make it sure that your SSD is running with the latest firmware.
You need to attempt to update the BIOS too. Update the BIOS to Version 3029 from Motherboard - M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 - ASUS and see how it goes.

*If you are not aware of the BIOS update process, dont attempt it before ashing here for a second time.

Let us know the results.

My SSD is already at the latest firmware.

I updated my BIOS to the latest version and after the first boot back into Windows it installed a load of drivers which all went fine.

So what now? Just wait and see if it does another one of these BSODs and post back if it does? Or is there something else that can be done.

Thanks

Yes, as they say, it is a waiting game now. Contract us back whenever you feel it is necessary.

Hi there,

Did you find out what the problem was in the end?

I've got the exact same issue and not sure where to start...

Cheers.

After I updated the BIOS on my motherboard and Windows installed a load of drivers I haven't had it since I posted on this thread. I didn't find out exactly why it was happening, I can only assume it was some sort of driver issue maybe.

There's loads of threads about this issue but none of them seemed to work for me either when it was happening to me which was why I made this one.

A backdated BIOS is enough of a reason.

BSOD issues are always different. One's thread can guide the other, but not exactly. If anybody is suffering from a BSOD issue, better they post their own thread following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions .
