If anyone can point me into the right direction into fixing this BSOD would greatly appreciated. I would like to try to fix it first before using the last option, do a complete wipe and clean install. I have attached the neccessary files. Thanks in advance

First the BSOD youu have posted are almost 4 months old..... All pointing to eamon.sys (NOD32 system file).... your version is 4.2.58.3 and the current version is 5 (which is a free upgrade for all ESET users)... Try updating this...

Has it BSOD recently ??? then post those here for us to review.

Second you haven't installed SP1 for Windows 7...please update it to SP1

Do these first and let me know how it goes.
