Random BSOD Win7 Ultimate x64

Helping a friend fix his PC, but can't seem to pinpoint to what is causing the BSOD. It happens at random time. I had already reinstalled Win7 Ultimate x64 (student edition).

Any help would be appreciated. I have attached the minidump and perfmon report.

i5-760 @ 2.8 ghz
EVGA P55-SLI
EVGA GTX 465
OCZ Gold 8 GB RAM
Corsair 850W PSU
WD 500 GB SATA HDD

Also, the install of Windows 7 was a fresh install and the hardwares are barely over 2 months old.
