These were all related to tcpip.sys. I would remove AVG and replace with Microsoft Security essentials and update to SP-1

AVG Removal Tool

Virus, Spyware & Malware Protection | Microsoft Security Essentials

Ensure you install the correct 64 or 32bit option for your system)

Download the System Update Readiness Tool (64bit)

Thanks zigzag3134 :D

I had replaced AVG with Microsoft security essentials. My system already had SP1, but anyway I went ahead and install the System Update Readiness Tool. Windows update did not detect any new updates after the installation.

Hopefully the issues have been resolved. For now I would have to monitor if the BSOD still persist. Will post an update in a few days.

Another BSOD just occurred a while ago at work. It was fine during the weekend while I was home.

I have attached the latest dump file. Is there anything else I could do?

Still the same culprit blamed.

* Suggest you run SFC
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html

* Also run Malwarebytes just in case....
Download, update & run a full scan please.
Malwarebytes : Download free malware, virus and spyware tools to get your computer back in shape!

* Please remove any CD visualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%.
They use a driver, found in your dmp, called sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs.
Use this SPTD uninstaller DuplexSecure - Downloads DuplexSecure - FAQ

When you're done you can use this Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) in its place.

Thank you for the suggestion JMH.

I had ran SFC three times and all did not find any integrity violation. Full scan using Malwarebytes also turned up clean.
I had also uninstalled SPTD from my system. Monitoring the laptop for now.

Still blamed on tcpip.sys.

This could mean a problem with your network card or one of these old drivers is causing it.
I suggest that you update them first.

How To Find Drivers:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.

The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference link > Driver Reference

- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads
