Random BSOD

I've been getting some random BSOD's after installing 7, I was getting BSOD's when I had my stock OEM Vista, so I figured I'd upgrade. But I'm still experiencing BSOD.. I did take my PC to a repair shop and they advised I needed a new HDD(and wanted to charge me 300+ for the install/HDD) even though I've ran CHKDSK / PC Doctor / Western Digitals DLGDIAG and they indicated that my HDD was stable and had no bad sectors

At the moment the BSOD's seem to be random, no indication as to why they happen since they occur during any task no matter what it is. I can get into the OS and it shuts down alright.

OS:Windows 7 64 Bit
Original OS: Vista
Full Retail
Age: 3-4 Years
New Windows 7 Install

DLG DIAG was running while executing the diagnostics in my attatchment.

No DMP files uploaded try this method.

If you wish to have others assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder. The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
* Briefly describe the problem history and circumstances in the same post. Somebody will attend to your query as soon as possible.

Sorry to double post but I'm having a lot of trouble figuring out the issue myself, the BSODs are now happening more frequently, almost to the point where I can't use the PC at all. Is it an unknown error?

Here's a more recent .dmp file, i tried looking at it in windbg and it seems different but I can't make anything of it.

Any advice? Does 0xc0000005 signify memory issues?
