I am posting this from my friends computer and this is not for my computer.

The system is a dell xps 8100 with an i5 750, 6gb ram, 8800 gtx, and windows 7 home 64 bit.

The system has intermittent bsod and some odd crashing associated with audio hangs leading to disconnected internet or vice versa. The only thing I know that corresponds with audio and internet is DPC latency, but I do not think it would cause such serious issues.

I would look at the crash dumps myself but I am not on my home computer and I do not have access to my debugging tools.

Any and all help is appreciated.

He said that it most likely had overheated once from a poorly cleaned heatsink. I believe that issue has been addressed. Were any of the crashes linked to non hardware issues?

*Edit* I will still have him run prime. Thank you

This particular dump pointed to your CPU. Also do you have SP1 installed?
