I have been getting random BSOD`s and have no idea what cause it.

I have done the following:
Reinstalled Windows.
Flashed BIOS
Memtest (13 passes)
Changed SSD and GFX card, but same problem

Making this short will add more if more info needed. can take 1 min for BSOD or 4 hrs.

I can see when the BSOD is about to happend, first programs hang up, but i can still move my mousepointer and click open programs, but as soon as i do that program hangs. a few seconds later, BSOD!

Setup is:
Intel I7 2600k (not OC)
Asus P8P67 DELUXE (First batch, with the faulty chipset, should only affect SATA0 and 1. Not in use)
16GB Corsair Vengeance RAM (4x4gb)
Corsair Force GT 120gb SSD
Gainward 680GTX

Could anyone point me in the right direction?

IOERR, could that be a faulty cable or something?

My Computer

OS
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit.
Code:
C:\Windows\system32>sfc /scannow

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 100% complete.

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired
them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log

The system file repair changes will take effect after the next reboot.

Maby i am in luck

My Computer

OS
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit.
No luck drom the sfc /scannow repair.

I was googleing

BUCKET_ID: X64_0xF4_IOERR_IMAGE_csrss.exe

And someone suggested that it could be a faulty cable or badly connected one.

So i replaced SATA cables, pulled out everything on the computer (except cpu) then put it back together.

Wil run stresstest and see if there are any imporvments

KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR (7a)
The requested page of kernel data could not be read in. Typically caused by
a bad block in the paging file or disk controller error. Also see
KERNEL_STACK_INPAGE_ERROR.
If the error status is 0xC000000E, 0xC000009C, 0xC000009D or 0xC0000185,
it means the disk subsystem has experienced a failure.
If the error status is 0xC000009A, then it means the request failed because
a filesystem failed to make forward progress.
Arguments:
Arg1: fffff6fc4000ca18, lock type that was held (value 1,2,3, or PTE address)
Arg2: ffffffffc000000e, error status (normally i/o status code)
Arg3: 0000000027c96860, current process (virtual address for lock type 3, or PTE)
Arg4: fffff88001943ba0, virtual address that could not be in-paged (or PTE contents if arg1 is a PTE address)

My Computer

OS
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit.
So, i removed my Western Digital 1.0TB harddrive.

Now that i dont have any games to test with, i thought Prime95 was sufficent.

Temps are stable on 39degrees CUP
and 27 on Motherboard.

Either I need more stress, or the WD HDD is my problem.

What do you guys think?

The WD HDD was not causing the issue.

I am now getting close to hopeless.

Anyone have any idea, or tip that i should try?
