Attached is the folder prepared with the software provided from this site. I hope someone
can help!

Tcpip.sys is crashing because it's being fed an invalid address from a packet scan. Perhaps due to your CA Antivirus Software from Computer associates. It's very old. I would suggest you un-install the CA-AV and install MSE, at least for test purposes. (Added) Also be sure to turn on Windows Firewall.

I checked the links for CA-AV removal here, but the links didn't work for me. You might check at a later time or use Windows Add/Remove programs then re-boot before installing MSE.

Its strange that you say the CA software is old because I downloaded it from the Cablevision website when I reformatted my computer recently. Anyways I did uninstall through the software, rebooted and installed MSE. Ill run it and keep you posted. Thanks for responding, I really appreciate you taking the time to look at my problem.

LOL... It's old from a software perspective (2011). We see problems with many AV software packages. Most likely do to the normal system driver updates/fixes that occur all the time. CA appears to have some very heavy overhead also. As I recall, there were at least six modules running for CA-AV. We (SF) suggest MSE only because it works so well with Windows, it's fast and doesn't load the system down. It is a very capable AV when used with Windows Firewall and gets updates nearly every day.

Let us know if you continue to experience problems. There can still be other causes for errors but errant drivers for AVs seems to rank high on the list lately.

Well after a day and a half I can say that the fix worked. I crashed often while switching between documents on Skydrive and used it often yesterday and today. So far not a single BSOD and my computer is running very smooth with the MSE. Ill check back in a week tho, we all know things can go wrong fast, but for now I am extremely happy! Thank you so much carwiz. Anyway I can repay the favor let me know.
