Hi,

Found this forum on google when searching how to fix a blue screen of death. I can't seem to be able to open the crash dump files for some reason. Hopefully someone can help me.

The problem seems to be completely random. I thought the problem was fixed because it didn't happen for 3 or 4 days, but then it just happened again. Possibly a dodgy windows update?

I have run the app and added my zip folder with all the files to the post.

Any help with this is much appreciated!!

Thanks

Phil

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3b)
STOP 0x0000003B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
Usual causes: System service, Device driver, graphics driver, ?memory

Your latest crash was Nividia Graphics Driver related, check to see if there is a later update:

Code:
Driver: [COLOR=red]nvlddmkm.sys[/COLOR]
Dated: Fri Jan 18 13:22:15 2013
:ar: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx

Please remove PowerISO from your system (recommended) or update the program:

Code:
Driver: [COLOR=red]SCDEmu.SYS
[/COLOR]Dated: Wed Jun 15 09:29:27 [COLOR=red]2011
[/COLOR]Refers to: PowerISO Virtual Drive driver

:ar: PowerISO - Create, Burn, Mount, Edit, Compress, Encrypt, Split, Extract ISO file, ISO/BIN converter, Virtual Drive, DAA File

Also this driver is known to cause BSOD issues:

Code:
Driver: [COLOR=red]ASACPI.sys
[/COLOR]Dated: Mon Mar 28 03:30:36 [COLOR=red]2005
[/COLOR]Refers to: Asus ATK0110 ACPI Utility (a known BSOD maker in Win7 and Win8). Also a part of many Asus utilities (Win8 versions available from Windows Update as an Optional Update - but check Asus first!)

To remove the driver manually:
Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers
Locate the ASACPI.sys and right-click and rename to ASACPI.sys.old
Reboot your computer and see if any issues arise, if not return to the driver
folder and delete ASACPI.sys

cheers
Dave
