random BSOD

it started 6 days ago , after restarting the computer i found a message saying my windows copy is not genuine , apparently the store installed it , i used SLMGR -REARM as a temporary solution till i buy a genuine copy

yesterday it crashed twice , then today it crashed at least 4 times , i installed "Intel(R)_USB_3.0_eXtensible_Host_Controller_Driver_3.0.5.69" today but i don't know if it has any thing to do with the problem

i changed the debugging information option to Small Memory Dumps before the last crash

i think it might be because there is something wrong with the ram , the laptop design is weird and if you lift it from a certain place you would be pressing against the ram and would cause the whole system to freeze and the monitor would be messing some colors , but works fine when i restart it .
i think it crashes with high ram usage but i don't know how to test that

passed both short generic and long generic tests , btw since i posted here i didn't get any BSOD

OK, then wait for one more BSOD, report us for it, and we will continue then.

it happened again yesterday , tested the hard drive using Seatools and passed , then it happened again a few minutes ago

The stop 0xF4 BSODs are mostly storage related.

As the seatools tests are passed as you said, it is not the hard disc itself, apparently.

Then there are some other possibilities, some are from the part of the software, and some are form the part of the hardware.

The software elements are ....

• Storage Controller, which is not the issue for you, certainly.
• Antivirus ... chances are there, specially when multiple AV programs are there.
• Backup tools .... the chance is there, equally.

To minimize those elements, you need to uninstall Norton and Bitdefender. Check here for the uninstaller tools: Uninstallers (removal tools) for common Windows antivirus software - ESET Knowledgebase
Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

If the BSODs are still occurring, it is a hardware issue; and then it will be the best for you to use the warranty.
