Solved random bsod

my problem started 3-4 weeks ago with ever increasing unresponsive script popups on to unexpected shutdowns then to the latest popup below:

Probably caused by : intelppm.sys ( intelppm!SetPerformanceEnergyBiasPolicy+8 )

Update your Intel processor drivers.

Run sfc /scannow and chkdsk /r.
Install the latest updates from Windows Update.

Do the exact same steps for chkdsk /r but instead of typing in sfc /scannow type chkdsk /r.
