Looks like a problem with your video drivers. Please do the following:

- Go to Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers and download the latest drivers for your system
- Go to Control Panel...Programs...Uninstall a program and uninstall the current nVidia drivers from your system
- Install the freshly downloaded drivers and monitor for further BSOD's.

A diagnosis based on just one memory dump isn't 100% accurate - but I'd expect it to be at least 50% accurate (IME). If the BSOD's come back, post back and we'll work on it some more.

Also, please remove or update these older drivers that were loaded at the time of the crash. Don't use Windows Update or the Update drivers function of Device Manager.
Please use the following instructions to locate the most currently available drivers to replace the one's that you uninstall OR remove:
How To Find Drivers:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.

- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: http://www.carrona.org/drvrdown.html

Here's the older drivers. Please pay particular attention to any dated 2007 or earlier:
Code:
adfs.SYS Mon Nov 03 11:48:14 2008 - Adobe File System driver - http://www.carrona.org/dvrref.html#adfs.SYS
enecir.sys Wed Mar 07 03:28:17 [U][B]2007[/B][/U] - ENE Consumer IR Driver for eHome - http://www.carrona.org/dvrref.html#enecir.sys
MarvinBus64.sys Fri Sep 23 17:17:03 [U][B]2005[/B][/U] - most likely a part of Pinnacle Studio's Marvin Bus - http://www.carrona.org/dvrref.html#MarvinBus64.sys
PxHlpa64.sys Wed Mar 12 21:58:17 2008 - Sonic CD/DVD driver (used by many different CD/DVD programs) - http://www.carrona.org/dvrref.html#PxHlpa64.sys
SmSerl64.sys Fri Sep 26 04:45:56 2008 - Dialup Modem driver - http://www.carrona.org/dvrref.html#SmSerl64.sys
