I seemed to have solved the BSOD problems by taking the physical RAMs out and swap the slots!

My 2 year old ACER aspire x1700 PC has been suffering from BSODs before and after installing Win 7. I have tried clean install twice, but the BSODs just keeps coming back after a while.

I have tried installing 32 bit, then 64 bit.

When it BSOD, the auto restart tends to fail, no matter which option I choose (including safe mode, last good configuration). It takes a few attempts before it works normally again.

Thanks for the reminder. Actually I posted the minidumps the first time. Then I got impatient as nobody replied, I decided to simply swap the physical RAM around, exchanging the slots to see if that helps. And this solved my problem miraculously. I have no BSOD from then on. Thus I removed the attached file and updated my status above as a sharing of solution to unexplained random BSODs
