Solved Random BSODs, different error codes.

Hello,

Recently, I've been getting pretty frequent BSODs, and they don't really seem to have much of a pattern. It has happened while I play Heroes of the Storm, while I run a Microsoft Security Essentials scan, and sometimes while my computer is idle. I've gotten System Service Exception and Reference By Pointer, as well as a Stop Code 0xC4 without any error message. I've been trying to fix the problem myself by cleaning up my computer, updating some drivers, running CHKDSK and driver verifier. Additionally, no .dmp files show up in my minidump folder after crashes.

Thanks for your response. It seems my settings were already configured to a Small Memory Dump. I'll make sure to get a picture the next time it crashes.

Okay, because now it might sound like a failing HDD.

Run Display Driver Uninstaller(DDU)
Make sure you tick the Uninstall C:/AMD and C:/NIVIDA folders while you are in DDU when you are done running DDU install your graphics driver again. This is the guide for DDU: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/367109-display-driver-uninstaller-how-use.html

I ran DDU. Also seatools basic short test came back as passed. Then this happened after I reinstalled my graphics driver.

Huh, i've never seen this happen before with using DDU. This basically means that the driver tried to modify the kernel or data. Use DDU again. If you can boot into safemode. Also get the latest dumps. Have you run the generic test of SeaTools?

I'm still not getting anything in my minidump folder. Also, Short Generic test was a pass.

Yes, you must run all the tests on SeaTools.

Oh no not yet, I've passed the short tests but I'm still running the long ones.
