Windows 7 x64 Home Premium (retail)
8 GB G.Skill RAM
320 Western Digital Caviar Blue HDD
Lite-On CD/DVD Drive
Lightscribe CD/DVD Drive
OCZ 600W Power Supply
Radeon 6870 XFX Black Edition graphics card

All hardware is one year or less, it has been modded at different times.
OS is a few days old.

I have had BSOD problems using a different OS so I went out and bought a copy of Home Premium thinking I had a bad OS.

Dump files, report, etc. are zipped in attached.

First problem that needs fixing

1-ASACPI.SYS

The pre 2009 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.

Scroll down to the Utilities category, then scroll down to the "ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Windows 7 32&64-bit" (it's about the 12th item down).

Download and install it.
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers to check and make sure that the ASACPI.SYS file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (NOT 2005).
