random BSODs, freezing, and/or reboots (last during roguekiller scan)

Hi folks.

I've been getting random freezes (some with BSOD, some without), random reboots, on occasion a random reboot followed by a freeze at my DELL welcome screen (where the choice to enter setup or boot options is presented). I've scanned using multiple programs, scanned with Memtest, nothing has found anything wrong. Many, many errors showing up in the event viewer.

I'm not sure what it is, but could some of the crashes happening before windows boots point to a hardware issue?

I'm hoping some one can help. I've collected my dump file and other data files into the zip file (to be uploaded soon). I can also zip and upload my memory.dmp file if you think that will be helpful.

happened again

I've attached a new zip file from this morning's error dump. Hoping someone can help!

Happened during a seagate sea tools 'long generic' test, which I had started last night before bed and still hadn't finished 7 hours later (although the computer went to sleep - should it have been able to do that during a HDD test??). Seemed fine when I woke it up (had a popup from Seatools saying it was taking a long time, but I could otherwise check my email, etc.). When for a shower, and BSOD was glaring at me after I got out. Same error (IRQ not equal or something like that).
