Random BSOD's, many different error messages.

Hello, a couple months ago i received a new computer, and ever since getting it i have been receiving constant bsod's. My most recent one was a cdd.dll inpage error

Sorry about that, i accidently hit enter haha. anyways i have been getting random bsods over the last couple months on my new computer. i have windows 7 64bit, have run the windows memory diagnostic tool, as well as ran memtest86 all with no errors. my most recent error message was a cdd.dll inpage error, although i do experiance many others suck as kernal_data_inpage_error and driver_irql_not_less_or_equal. As far as i know my memory is installed properly and i just want to know what i can do to diagnose my problem. thank you.
