I've downloaded BIOS files but i'm really unsure on how to make a bootable disk and how to do all stuff as it's very unclear and I'm not familiar with it at all.

Okay I've created the disk, I'm going to run it in 1 hour while I'm sleeping.
Does it matter that defenitions are not updated(cause u cant on DVD/CD it says)?

I looked at the Acer documentation for your computer.

Extremely poor!

However,
As advised, run WDO.

When WDO completes, let me know and I will give you a script to run so that I can view the results.

Following my blessing of your efforts (be sure to carry out a FULL scan of your computer), then I'll walk you thru using Windows to update your bios.

That will be simpler than the other route in your case. Normally, I would say the DOS route, but not from what I saw in their documentation.

Hey I was going to scan with the offline defender but while doing so I got the following BSOD (attachment).

Hey im trying to follow the tutorial but im not sure what to do with this step:
9. You will now notice that you have a list of USB devices and that some lines appear to be faded. Uninstall all the faded entries.

Because I don't see any faded icons.. ill attach a screenshot

Hey, just got another bsod.. attaching minidump.

Since you are having USB problems, amongst others:

Put WDO on to a DVD/CD as explained at the microsoft link I provided or by following this tutorial:
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/166445-windows-defender-offline.html

You boot up from that DVD and run WDO.

After carrying out WDO, then I'll be ready to address some of your other problems.
