Hi and welcome

Well it is still pointing to

1-graphics driver and
2- memory

I would re-run memtest for at least 5 passes (and you might have to run it one stick of ram at a time)

also remove all traces of the current video driver, then download and install a fresh copy

If you are overclocking stop

let us know if you need help

Ken

Looks like your graphics driver is the issue. I suggest uninstalling it completely, then installing the latest version. You may also want to play around with older drivers. Install the driver only, not the Catalyst suite.

Also test your RAM. Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 passes.

Update this old driver or it's program:
Code:
fffff880`052e8000 fffff880`052f1000 UltraMonUtility UltraMonUtility.sys Thu Nov 13 20:10:30 2008 (491CD006)

Remove Tuneup Utilities.

thx for ne fast replies! I removed Tuneup, Ultramon is the latest version and updated the chipset driver and directx to its latest version. I also downloaded a hotfix for Stop code "a" from Microsoft. Now I'm running Memtest for each ram stick. EDIT: I runned memtest for each ram module more than 5 times, no errors... so I guess its the graphic card? Since directx and chipset driver update, no BSOP's occured. Hope it maintains..
