Random BSODs ntoskrnl.exe

Thanks for reading and trying to help me solve this issue!

I've had this problem since I first built this machine about 2 years ago, been getting random BSODs as the title suggests. Sometimes I can go a week without any errors, then I'll get one each day for 3 days in a row. About 2 months ago (after countless google searches for a solution) I decided to just reformat my hard drive. Alas, this was no help.

As to the symptoms, I USUALLY get one of these BSODs when gaming. It has happened during all the games I play so I can't nail down only one as the culprit. I play WoW, battlefield 3, apb: reloaded, and league of legends. The crash address for every BSOD thus far is ntoskrnl.exe+7cc40.

I'm running Windows Home Premium 64bit OEM (reinstalled). Age of hardware is slightly over 2 years, age of OS install slightly over 2 months.

I believe I've followed the BSOD posting instructions pretty well, if you need any more info I'd be happy to provide it

All of these seem to be crashes of the directx subsystem or wake event failures from win32k.sys (timeout or synchronization object failures), all of which would indicate likely video card or driver trouble. Assuming you've tried multiple ATI driver versions with no success, have you considered this potentially a hardware fault (faulty video card) or a low power scenario (underpowered or failing PSU)?

My gpu is a radeon hd 5830, psu is a rosewill rbr750-m. I have noticed that ati no longer makes my card, and yes i've tried multiple drivers including updates every new release.

How would I be able to tell if it's a gpu hardware problem?

Update -

Just got another BSOD while playing world of warcraft that hasn't come up before. This one claims USBPORT.sys and WmFilter.sys to be the cause.

Any help with my problem is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!
