Random BSOD's , ntoskrnl.exe

Hello, I'm relatively knew to this forum so I dont know what to really post except for the .dmp files and what "bluescreenview" says. here goes.
Attached are .dmp files.
According to bluescreenview, all of my BSODs (which is over 30) have involved ntoskrnl.exe with the bug check string on most of them being "APC_INDEX_MISMATCH".
There are some misc. files being the causes of my BSOD's such as hal.dll with the bug check string as "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE" which happened 2 hours ago.

Please advise me on what to do. I'm tired of these BSOD's that happen so randomly.

i tried Driver verifier but it wouldn't even let me boot up windows. It sent me straight to startup repair, so i turned it off in safe mode. any other ideas?

Do not bump your thread with another post before 24 hours, high chances are that your thread will go unanswered.

Avast! is a possible cause of BSOD's. Remove it.
Replace with Microsoft Security Essentials & the Free version of Malwarebytes, update and make full scans separately:

Your Antivirus software is basically whats just needed there.

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although we have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions). Please uninstall Daemon Tools.

As an alternative, many people recommend the use of Total Mounter or Magic ISO

If you are overclocking any hardware, stop and remove MSI software.

so i did everything.
installed superantispyware, MSE, MBAB combined with the free security combination
uninstalled daemon tools and avast, sptd.sys
tested harddrive (western digital), ran disk check, and SFC , all passed.
hopefully this has fixed my BSOD problem,
will update if a BSOD occurs again.

Hey koolkat, so today i got another BSOD, with ntoskrnl.exe being one of the causes, the other being USBSTOR.SYS. The cause of the BSOD was (as stated by BlueScreenView) "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA"
