Random BSODs on new PC

Hey, so I got a new PC, newly installed OS and everything. I installed the motherboard drivers and graphics drivers etc etc from the disks that came with the components and I also updated any available ones on the corresponding websites. However I still get random BSODs. I'm running:

Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit - Retail
Intel i7 2600k
Nvidia 560
4 GB RAM
Gigabyte Z68XP-UD3 Motherboard

I have also attached the required files.

Your 2+ year old wifi driver (netr28x.sys) is causing nifi.sys to crash. I would re-install newest driver from mfr.

How To Find Drivers:

- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.

Hey, thank you for quick response. I have updated those two drivers from their websites. From what I could gather "skfiltv.sys" was related to my Creative headset. I have attached an updated zip file for you to double check please. I don't know if it has worked or not because as I said, the BSODs are random. Thanks for your help!

Most recent crash has the same date on the driver and is still being caused by the same,

Well I haven't crashed since updating the drivers so the "most recent crash" is still the one before updating those drivers. No blue screen for about 2 hours at least. Will keep this updated though. Thanks

So I haven't had a BSOD in over 2 days which is good I guess. But my PC will randomly start stuttering. Any games I am playing will stutter, my cursor will stutter around my screen and even the sound stutters. I think it is linked to my network card again, If I check the link speed in the task manager when I start my PC it is near 300 Mbps, however when I start any program (except Chrome), like Skype for example it will drop to around 40-54Mbps, and anything else it will go even lower and that is when the stuttering starts. The latest driver for my network card is from 2009 so I can't really just "update" the driver.
