Random BSODs or crashes (Error 1000007e bcp1:80000003)

Hello everyone, first post in this website!

I ended up here because I'm getting random crashes/bsods, it started months ago. After a while I did a fresh install formatting my hard drive, but I still get those. When I'm working or playing, I get BSODs, but I also notice that whenever putting my laptop to sleep will make me start the computer when I get back and Windows will prompt me with the error stated in the title once started normally.

I have tried many things like checking the hard drive and ram memory sticks with no errors or bad sectors.

I don't know what else to do. While I have a CS background, and understand many of the aspects of the functionality with my pc, I'm fairly new to debugging errors and BSODs. I only have MyEventViewer and BlueScreenViewer but Googling that information has lead me to failed attempts of fixing this issue.

So I ended up following the instructions and I attached the file as asked.

(EDIT: Added several minidump files as "Minidumps.zip")

Hello and welcome to SF .

The problem seems to have something to do with your HTC mobile being connected to the USB
and being suddenly removed from port while the PC or the USB hub is changing power.
I also noticed VMWare activity in the stack and one of the bugchecks stopped on;

Please update VMware and the ADB driver which is found in the SDK (also in the links above).
Also to not have your mobile phone connected and see if it crashes as well as safely removing
it using Windows's built in tool safely remove hardware and see if the issues persists.

Well I actually uninstalled VMWare like a week ago, do you think I should run an specific app to remove any traces left by VMWare?

Also, ADB has been updated as soon as it gets an update since I kinda make sure to get the latest version when one is released. I just checked and I do have it updated.

I'll try to keep my phone disconnected for a few days an see what happens, but I'm having a sinking feeling that it has happened without the phone being connected to my laptop since it happens fairly frequent at night and I have my phone plugged in mostly 10am - 7pm. But I've still had some crashes at night, 10pm, 12am, etc.

Thanks again for your time! I'll follow your advice and get back to you if it happens.

Any other possible reason why those failures? Just in case my phone is disconnected I have something to check these couple of days! (If possible)

I can't confirm if it was active in the latest dump be cause it's corrupted .
But I can say it was active in most of the rest of the twelve dumps.
So leave it be for now and if it bugchecks again we will see whether it's still active.

Yes, I would also recommend looking for updates for your intel USB and Chipset as well as
for your input devices.

• Intel® Driver Update Utility
• AMD Driver Autodetect - When installing choose advanced and untick Catalyst Control Center.
• Uninstall Catalyst Control Center using | AMD Catalyst Un-install Utility
  Then follow through with a pass of Driver Sweeper.
     Note

  Install the display driver only | Do not install the Catalyst Control Center software.
• SynTP - Drivers | Synaptics

Post back with any developments whichever way things turnout.
