Multiple different issues at the same time.
In that case, it is the first thing to determine the health of the RAM. Test your RAM modules for possible errors.

Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.
If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.
Also, do two more hardware tests .....
Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.

Stress test the CPU.

Is the computer hot? Report us the heat of the computer after a couple of hours of your normal usage. Upload a screenshot of the summery tab of

One more thing, I noticed that your BIOS version is not listed in
GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 1156 - GA-P55A-UD4P (rev. 2.0)
