I recently built a computer and ive started to get memory management bsods randomly, and even some other bsods as well. Programs running on my computer sometimes just randomly crash with out a reason. I also get chromes "aww snap" error page constantly and to top it off Adobe flash player crashes constantly on chrome as well. Is there anyway to fix all of these problems? i cant find a solution anywhere

Do you have any program of SystemRequirementsLabs installed? The BSOD is casued by cpudrv64.sys.
Code:
*******************************************************************************
*                                                                             *
*                        Bugcheck Analysis                                    *

Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

And this driver belongs to SystemRequirementsLabs.

NAME | DESCRIPTION | FILE
cpudrv64 | cpudrv64 | \??\c:\program files (x86)\ systemrequirementslab\cpudrv64.sys

Moreover, the driver is very old (and the program too, I guess)
Code:
fffff880`0a7b9000 fffff880`0a7c1000   cpudrv64 T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: cpudrv64.sys

I would suggest you to uninstall it.

Daemon Tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known BSOD causer. Uninstall Daemon Tools at first. Then download SPTD standalone installer from Disk-Tools.com, and execute the downloaded file as guided below :

  • Double click to open it.
  • Click this button only:
  • 2012-12-13_224441.jpg
  • If it is grayed out, as in the picture, there is no more SPTD in your system, and you just close the window.
avast! Virtualization Driver is also failing here.

Uninstall Avast using Avast Uninstall Utility. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

As the AV failed, do some extensive scans, too. Scan the system for possible virus infection with the following programs.

Uninstall there motherboard producer's bloatware ...
Code:
Start Menu\Programs\ASUS
Start Menu\Programs\ASUS\ASUSUpdate
Start Menu\Programs\ASUS\PC Diagnostics

Let us know the results.

Install Service pack 1 and all other windows updates. Otherwise the system will remain vulnerable to threats.
