Hey all,

Yesterday, after mounting my ssd (note, mounting, NOT attaching the cables. I already had it installed before.) I booted up my PC and my graphics card fan and CPU cooler started spinning at full speed and I had a BSOD, 30 seconds after windows booted. This happened 3 times, no matter what I tried. After that, all was working fine again, but the fans still started spinning at full speed until about 30 seconds after windows was booted. I had done various things for anotehr 6 hours on my PC, until I shut it down.
Today, I started having more BSOD's, suddenly while doing different things. I've had it happen while gaming, while skyping and while I wasn't even on the computer.
I have looked at the dumps through BlueScreenView and ntoskernel.exe was among the red-highlighted files every time. I have done 2 complete passes of memtest, both returned no errors at all. I also ran a SFC /SCANNOW Command, and it returned error-free. Below is the txt file generated in BlueScreenView and attached are the dumps.

My question is, do any of you guys know the cause for these BSOD's and a possible fix?

Welcome

Did you perform a clean install of windows after adding new hardware?

I'd suggest you perform one if you haven't already. Here's a tutorial for the clean install:
Download the x64 Service Pack 1 inclusive ISO file (Home Premium) in your case

Make sure all hardware components are rightly plugged, re-seat them if required

Let us know if you still have BSOD after installing windows afresh

And please post all files following the http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-debugging/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html

Good luck

I did reinstall windows on my SSD after installing it and I haven't changed any hardware since.
Attached is the file from the Diagnostics Tool.

Is the firmware for your SSD up-to-date?

Check for one and see if the stability returns.

Upload a screenshot of your hard disk using CrystalDiskInfo:
Make a hard drive test from the hard drive manufacturers website:
Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:
Hard drive test both short and long with:
Also the DOS version of:
Perform a System File Check:
  1. Click on the start :orb:
  2. Type CMD on Search
  3. Left click and Run as Administrator
  4. Type SFC /scannow
Full tutorial here:
Reduce items at start-up. Nothing except anti-virus is required:
What security software do you use?

Make scans with the following:

-Kaspersky TDSSKiller
-ESET online scanner
Microsoft Security Essentials.
Recommended from a strict BSOD perspective, compatibility & stability compared to other antiviruses/internet security software. It is free and lightweight:-
   Warning
:ar: Do not start the free trial of Malware Bytes; remember to deselect that option when prompted.

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.

Install all updates and Service Pack 1:
If this does not help test RAM.

Take memtest. Run for 8 passes and test each stick in a know good slot for an additional 6 passes.

The goal is to test all the RAM sticks and all the motherboard slots.

Check your motherboard manual to ensure the RAM sticks are in the recommended motherboard slots. Some motherboards have very specific slots required for the number of RAM sticks installed.

If you get errors, stop the test and continue with the next step.

1. Remove all but one stick of RAM from your computer (this will be RAM stick #1), and run Memtest86 again, for 7 passes.
*Be sure to note the RAM stick, use a piece of tape with a number, and note the motherboard slot.
If this stick passes the test then go to step #3.

2. If RAM stick #1 has errors, repeat the test with RAM stick #2 in the same motherboard slot.
*If RAM stick #2 passes, this indicates that RAM stick #1 may be bad. If you want to be absolutely sure, re-test RAM stick #1 in another known good slot.
*If RAM stick #2 has errors, this indicates another possible bad RAM stick, a possible motherboard slot failure or inadequate settings.
3. Test the next stick of RAM (stick #2) in the next motherboard slot.
*If this RAM stick has errors repeat step #2 using a known good stick if possible, or another stick.
*If this RAM stick has no errors and both sticks failed in slot#1, test RAM stick #1 in this slot.
4. If you find a stick that passes the test, test it in all the other motherboard slots.

If Part 2 testing shows errors, and all tests in Part 3 show errors, you will need to test the RAM sticks in another computer and/or test other RAM in your computer to identify the problem.

In this way, you can identify whether it is a bad stick of RAM, a bad motherboard, or incompatibility between the sticks.
   Information
Errors are sometimes found after 8 passes.

   Tip
Do this test overnight, before going to bed.

Perform Initial Hardware Diagnostics and Additional Hardware Diagnostics

I will do the various SSD test's soon, because apparently Kingston's site is down at the moment, so that'll have to to wait. I'll test the other things now.
