Random BSODs

Also please look at option 2 of this tutorial and run sfc /scannow.
I have done this. Post #28, and in post #32 is attached file of it.
Hi,

Did this test (4 times). It didn't run in English, but I try to translate what it says:
"Windows resource protection found corrupted files, but it could'nt fix some of them.
More info in CBS.Log -file windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Example: C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log

------

Did you try both settings? and is it any better, worse or the same?

EDIT: try setting the Dram voltage to 1.55V. It will not hurt it at all and please tell me your setting for the CPU northbridge. It may be listed as CPU NB. Also, please save me from re reading this thread, did you run memtest86+ for a full 8 passes and were there any errors?
Yes, I tried both. Same. Still BSOD about one minute after cold startup.

Yup, memtest done for a full 8 passes, and no errors.

Is CPU northbridge in BIOS, or where?
EDIT:
Found some:
CPU/NB Frequency [Auto]
CPU & NB Voltage Mode [Offset]
CPU/NB Offset Voltage 1.250 [Auto]
NB Voltage 1.250 [Auto]
NB 1.1V Voltage 1.100 [Auto]
NB 1.8V Voltage 1.800 [Auto]
CPU/NB Load-Line Calibration [Auto]

Hello kasotol, let's try a couple of things. Download this: HWiNFO, HWiNFO32/64 - Download It's the "Download Installer" button. Run in Sensors only, scroll to the voltage readings and your RAM readings and post a snip of it, it may need two snips. We will want to see 3.3V, 5V, 12V, and Vbatt.

This is the preferred, best way to upload an image or a file to a post.

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/9733-screenshots-files-upload-post-seven-forums.html#post93869

Press the ALT and PrntScrn keys at the same time, this will capture only the active window to use in Paint or your preferred graphics editor.
You may also upload a photo or image you already have on your PC, as you would a file, without using the Snipping tool.

How did the Hard Drive test turn out?

Power it off, remove on RAM stick and try booting with only one installed.

Your voltages look good other than the 3VSB which is very high, but I don't think that will cause cold start BSODs.

If I recall you did remove the CMOS battery and reset the mobo (motherboard) to default?

Did you run the drive test, results?
Did you try booting with only one RAM installed?

I know you've done this, but run once more to get a fresh log and I'll ask someone to fix the corrupt files for you.
This may help, run the steps outlined in this tutorial, Option Two, and reboot the system:
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html#post14392

   Note
If after 2 runs there are still corrupt files, it won't fix it. I can ask for further help if so.

You may get this result:
Code:
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired
them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log
The system file repair changes will take effect after the next reboot.

Or a message that no integrity violations were found.
Or that Windows Resource Protection found errors it cannot repair, if so rerun the steps above.

When done, upload the entire C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log instead of sfcdetails.txt, You will also have to add to zip file before uploading it.

kasotol, Let's continue with what Britton30 is saying and try that. If we have no luck, think about this. We know you have corrupted system files and we also know you have not done a clean install in 3.5 years. If we can find no other problems consider a clean install. That should stop the corrupted system files and give us a clean start. We could try a repair install, but I have never had any luck with them and especially with corrupted system files.

If I recall you did remove the CMOS battery and reset the mobo (motherboard) to default?
What means remove the CMOS battery..? :)
I've done this: How To Clear CMOS (Reset BIOS)

Did you run the drive test, results?
I might sound stupid, but what test is that? I'm not sure. I have done so many tests.

Did you try booting with only one RAM installed?
I will try that soon.

When done, upload the entire C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log instead of sfcdetails.txt, You will also have to add to zip file before uploading it.
Done several times again. It can't fix them. .zip-file should be in this post.

We know you have corrupted system files and we also know you have not done a clean install in 3.5 years. If we can find no other problems consider a clean install. That should stop the corrupted system files and give us a clean start. We could try a repair install, but I have never had any luck with them and especially with corrupted system files.
I'm not an expert, but when I think this case with logic, I can't see those corrupted system files to be the cause of this problem. How can it effect to those files, when computer hardware's temperature is 20°C or 40°C. You know, if I shut down computer now, and restart it after 5 minutes, it will start normally without BSOD. But if it has time to cool down, and then start again, there will be BSOD every time. So, I'm pretty sure that something doesn't work right when it's cool. You know what I mean? :)

If it goes there, when there's nothing to do, should I change also the motherboard to new one?

Thanks a lot guys for helping me. :)

The CMOS battery is the small coin-type battery in the mobo itself.

Removing the CMOS battery is really easy, just take it out and leave it for 30 minutes or so, then put it back in.

Yes I would recommend Seatools as it will tell us if your HDD is failing or not (Failing as in hardware). Britton30 and essenbe have good knowledge about these things so trust them when they recommend doing something.

Yey it's not about trusting. :) Just me speaking/understanding English not so well, combined with not the best knowledge with computers, so better to make sure first before doing something stupid.

Tried to run Short Generic, Long Generic and Short Drive Self Tests. But immediately it fails.

True Arc, Crystal Disk only read SMART data which isn't too reliable. It only picks up bad or relocated drive sectors, lots of other thing to fail in a drive.

Gary, I've never had trouble with Seatools, except getting it to see the drive. But once it saw the drive, it ran the tests fine. It just seems that if the tests ran and failed, he has at least a part of the answer, if not the whole thing.
