Hi,

I have been experiencing random BSODs. I am attaching all my computer info with the minidump using your dm log collector tool. I am also sharing a url linking to a memory dump file (zip) i found in C:/Windows.
Kindly look into it and provide assistance if you can.
Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Thanks for replying so fast, Laith :)

Okay so I did what you asked. I ran sfc /scannow and chkdsk /r.
Both went smoothly and gave no errors.
Then I googled the bugcheck u mentioned and it lead me to 2 forums which named Bitdefender as a culprit. The vsserv.exe of Bitdefender process to be exact. And I have Bitdefender. I did not have any BSODs ever before Bitdefender.
I then remembered I also had installed Bitdefender on another pc and experienced random BSODs. I uninstalled Bitdefender on the other pc and did not receive any BSOD afterwards. So I am going to uninstall on my pc as well and see how it goes.
Anyways I'll post if I experience it again after uninstalling.
Thanks so much for that little piece of info.
