Hi,

I have a desktop that has Windows 7 on it (Vista originally came with it). It had the RC for a few months that worked fine. I recently just purchased a full copy of Windows 7 Pro and had it installed for a weeks that also worked fine until yesterday. During random time when the computer is on, it would Blue screen with different error codes. I'm like stumped on how to fix the blue screen's.

The desktop is a Dell Dimension C521 with 1gb ram, 1.6 ghz (roughly) AMD 64 Anthalon processor and all the other specs are the OEM, didn't configure anything to it.

Here are the error codes:
- 0x000000C5 (0x46163083, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0x82963067)
- 0x00000050 (0xB62AD3F8, 0x00000000, 0x82AE888, 0x000000002)
- 0x0000000A

I would attach the minidump file..but i don't know how to do that, let alone open it.

Can anyone help?!? Thanks!

Go to the search option then type in
c:\windows\minidump

Then zip the file and upload with your post, one of the kind experts will look at it for you and get back to you.

I went to the Ativa website to look for a Windows7 driver update but they dont have it. the latest one they have is for Windows Vista which is currently the one i have installed on right now.

As for the other drivers that you listed. i Google'd them all but couldn't find out how to update them.

Any other suggestions..

Thanks
