Random but regular 0x0000004e BSODs

Posting on behalf of my son, with his permission.

He's been getting regular BSODs that are beyond my ability to identify the cause of. Any and all help greatly appreciated.

Just to add, I've already run an 8 pass memtest 86+ and the last 2 (I think) bsods should have driver verifier info.
