Thanks for the response. I am thinking at this point that it truly is my GPU dying. I am considering buying another of the same card off of ebay and seeing if swapping it out will work. I didn't have this issue for a few days after reseating the memory and GPU so maybe that has something to do with it. Recently the display has been flashing / flickering horizontal lines and also showing solid color screens when I launch a game and then crashing the driver now. It sucks cause now I can't even game. It also does this while just watching Youtube videos.Based on the BSOD bug check code, this is Microsoft's explanation (in part) on what is happening-
The GPU is taking more time than permitted to display graphics to your monitor. This behavior can occur for one or more of the following reasons:
You may need to install the latest updates for your display driver, so that it properly supports the TDR process.
Hardware issues that impact the ability of the video card to operate properly, including:
Over-clocked components, such as the motherboard
Incorrect component compatibility and settings (especially memory configuration and timings)
Insufficient system cooling
Insufficient system power
Defective parts (memory modules, motherboards, etc.)
Visual effects, or too many programs running in the background may be slowing your PC down so that the video card can not respond as necessary.
For the things you listed I've already tried:
1. For drivers, I think I've tried everything I can. I tried the old driver I used before this issue, newest drivers, and drivers in between while using DDU and doing both installation through the AMD launcher and manual installation. At this point it has to be something else.
2. My CPU is overclocked but I don't know if that is related to my issue because it's only OC'd through the Gigabyte motherboard with "Turbo Boost". And I don't think the PC reaches that clock speed except when gaming.
3. Timings and all that, they should be the same they have always been since I got the PC.
4. All temps are running 35-37C idle, 60-68C ingame.
5. It could be insufficient power. I can't actually tell if my PSU is dying.
6. Anything could be defective at this point sadly.
7. Can't be visual effects unless like what I've said, the GPU is probably dying.
