Solved Random Crashes:1.igdkmd64.sys+BBE1D 2.ntoskrnl.exe+70740

Hello . I had a problem with my laptop and send him back in service. They replace my motherboard and my new graphic card is gt730m(gt 640m is old one). Problems occurred after a short period of time, ramdom artifacts and crashes. 2 blue screens 5 min away one from another. Plz help

Install Service pack 1 and all other windows updates. Otherwise the system will remain vulnerable to threats including BSODs.

Hello.
It happend again. I did update my windows also. After switching to my integrated graphic procesor and with some artifacts, restart: BSOD . Plz tell me if it's a hardware or a soft issues. I still have guarantee for him and i could send him in service. Tnx!

As long as you dont install Service Pack 1, it is most probable that the BSODs will continue to happen.

Well... bad luck strikes again just before BSOD, artifacts was all over my screen. I really suspect that is a hardware issue.

Meh...there was no new driver update. I'll send the laptop in service Monday. Hope it will replace the cpu and solve this annoying problem. Keep in touch
