Random Crashes and computer shut offs

hey there recently built a gaming pc and have had a few problems thought i had them figured out with bad ram but not the case something still messed up.anyway sorry in advance for the lack of info i tried,my computer after an hour if so just shuts off,the tempature on cpu stays at about 100f to 105f.so i run memtest86 for starters ran clean no errors,the i look online and some people say do a benchmark of pc i try to that then boom bsod before it even starts.i was using pcmark.so i tried to get minidump its not there for whatever reason.my specs on computer

hafx 942 case
i7 2600k sandy bridge
radeon 6970
fatality mobo preformance i think(if i had to say thats whats doing it lol)
antec 1200 psu
corsair vengance 4gig ram

ill post the bsod pictures but like a said could not get minidump files theres stuff in the file but it wont open and its not even the right date.

and i know i need to test my power supply thats one my next steps but i doubt its that

Dont try to zip the minidump folder IN C:\windows\minidump

Read very very carefull this >----> Copy paste the minidump folder on the desktop. ON the desktop zip that minidump folder and upload it here.
