random crashes

hello, first time poster, found the site today actually, very impressed =)

anyway, my laptop asus g72GX keeps crashing for some reason, it started happening a couple of weeks ago, and ive had the computer for a bit over a month now. it didnt used to do that. it would most often crash right as a download from bitcomet finishes, or now 2 times happening it crashes when a get a facebook "aim" massage, it happens sometimes randomly when im just doing regular things, a couple of times it did that physical memory dump ( the blue screen with all the writing and numbers ). if anyone could help. i download registrybooster, and doing a full fix now. ill report if that helps, but if there is anything anyone can help me with please let me know.

ALSO

when i play games, sometimes the fps would just shoot down to 4 or 5 fps after about 15 minutes of playing, after i restart the computer everything is fine until the next day, ( very strange ).

i dont know any error codes or anything so if you need those please let me know how to get them.


PS. i am an advanced computer user, so i do know how to work my way around a computer pretty good. aka... not a noob.

any help will be very appreciated

ok so now it keeps crashing everytime i try to convert a song to AAC on itunes so i can make it a ringtone.
