Any ideas what is likely causing this issue? It lasts about 15 seconds and then everything is fine. I may be in the middle of something (browsing) or email. Even if email is not working in the background or open that makes no difference.
I'd rather not do a repair or clean install if possible. But this issue randomly surfaces every day. I've done the usual troubleshooting including malware scans. No hardware issues present. Eventviewer log seems consistent: Event 4672 and 4624-
