Solved Random freeze

Atheros 8131 is the onboard LAN controller.
Apparently it is working.
Code:
l1c NDIS Miniport Driver for Atheros AR813x/AR815x PCI-E Ethernet Controller c:\windows\system32\drivers\l1c62x64.sys Kernel Driver <[COLOR=Red]STARTED[/COLOR]>Yes Manual [COLOR=Red]Running[/COLOR] [COLOR=Red]OK[/COLOR] Normal No Yes
If Hardware not present, it is either the motherboard is corrupted or the driver software is not properly installed.

AR8131 is not updated lately over the OP's current installed version.
Code:
L1C NDIS Miniport Driver f Kernel [COLOR=Red]04-03-2010[/COLOR] 07:32:36
Version: 1.0.0.36is available on Drivers for Atheros AR8131 and Windows 7 which is released on 2010-10-22.
That is the latest there.

If network is a problem there and the OP uses the wireless connection, that is damn old.
Code:
NETw5s64 Intel(R) Wireless WiFi Kernel [COLOR=Red]15-09-2009[/COLOR] 20:40:39
Update to Intel® My WiFi Dashboard Software is needed for his Intel® Centrino® Wireless-N 1000.

The FrescoLogic XHCI is also not working. An attempt to update it is a must, get it from FRESCO LOGIC INC.===Leap into SuperSpeed===.

Some attempt to update BIOS and Chipset would be worthy here. https://www.asus.com/Notebooks_Ultrabooks/N53Jq/#support

** And guys, it appears that we are working on a multiple thread single issue. Have a look : http://www.sevenforums.com/bsod-hel...dom-frezzes-help-please-event-viewer-log.html

I notice in your SystemInfo.txt file that you have:
Atheros AR8131 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller (NDIS 6.20)
Connection Name: Local Area Connection
Status: Hardware not present
Atheros drivers can cause headaches for Windows 7, if the hardware is not present and you are not using any card that needs the atheros drivers, please un-install the driver(s) and see if that helps.

I also would like you to run this: http://www.sevenforums.com/windows-...ne-activation-issue-posting-instructions.html and post the results in your next reply. There can be inconsistencies in the activation that can cause the problems you are having, and this report will help us find them.

How do I uninstall the audio driver?

Is so, now enable Driver Verifier.

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/101379-driver-verifier-enable-disable.html

Follow all the steps carefully. When you are on step 5, dont select any driver provided by "Microsoft" and "unknown".

Now run the PC with Driver Verifier enabled for next 24 hours or next BSOD/System freeze/restart.

Then Disable Driver Verifier and post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

You have Enterprise as the licensed OS for this installation, but Enterprise is used by business and organizations maintained and activated by IT departments.

Please explain how you are legally using Enterprise version.

As I already said and I'm going to say again, I already installed like 3 or 4 different windows versions and the problem continued.
But there is no problem having enterprise, the member of my family that understand about pcs uses the same as I do, that is why he told me to use this one, and I had to download an appropriated activator [link removed and ban issued]
I tried to use the disk from the backup I did when I bought the pc but they are useless, when it gets to the last step, step 5 I think, It gives an error and the installation cancels.. But when I did the backup it said all was ok

There is no such thing as an OEM version of Enterprise - there is a very obvious discontinuity there, which implies that an Activation Exploit is present.
