Random Freezes and crashes. Locale ID: 1033 BCCOde: 1a

Ever since I got my new solid state hard drive I've been getting random crashes and freezing (automatically restarts after freezing). Most of the crashes occur when I am using google chrome. I had it crash when playing a game and using skype only once (never occurred again so far).
