Random freezes/audio loops Win7 x64

I keep getting random freezes in game, and my audio starts looping.

I have run the memory though days of testing with Memtest 86+ and MemScope with not a single error.

I have monitored the temperature and voltages on both the motherboard and video cards.

I have watched the windows resources to see if they run out.

I have monitored the CPU usage to see if there are any patterns.

I have removed part of the memory and swapped out the banks to see if that would make a difference.

I have played with a few of the overclocking settings (to underclock a bit) (I am running with no overclocking enabled now).

I've tried disabling all non-essential services and letting the computer run idle until it locks up.

I have disconnected all devices except for monitor, keyboard, SATA hard drives, and one ATA DVD drive (no RAID, no ATA drives, no USB except for keyboard).

I tried disabling AERO.

I have, of course, validated that I am running the newest video, audio, motherboard, etc. drivers.

My computer has been on service 3 times, and they changed;

Graphic card
Motherboard
Power Supply

...and still the problem occurs.

Has to be just guesses at this point. You have tested all the usual causes.

How did you get your OS? Preinstall, upgrade or clean install?

Next time you have a problem, try to check the event viewer. Type those words in search.

I got my OS from Microsoft Upgrade Program.
I did a clean install three days ago to see if it fixed it, but no luck.

OK use the computer, then go to event viewer and look for errors.

OK Good so far. Now, use your computer, everytime there is a problem, take down the time. After about 6 problems. Go to the event viewer and let me know if there are any common problems, that show error, that may be the source of the problem.

Just error, not warning, etc.

Also, do a clean boot and tell me what happens

After "playing" with the clean boot the problem continues even if all my services (not from Microsoft) was disabled, and all start-up programs.

See if you get freezes in safe mode.

Sorry that it took so long to get back to you, but its hard to post without anything to say. I was trying to think of a cause of your problem. Almost everything has been covered, even took it to be repaired.
This was not mentioned.
run an antivirus scan

download and run malwarebytes

I ran the Malware scan with no errors.

However, in safe-mode the games I tried did not crash.

I think alot of Windows 7 users have the same problem, and here are some threads showing that I'm not the only one having this problem.

After boot, should I try to open up the games that used to crash and see what I get?

Yes, that is the point of the test, trying to figure out the cause.

Based upon what you said, I think it is a driver.Safe mode removes drivers.
Go to device manager, look for any yellow markers indicating problems.

If not make sure you have up to date drivers. Especially for graphics.

I say this knowing full well that your first post says that you looked into that.

I am not there, I cannnot see our touch your computer, I have only my exptertise and what I learn here.
