Random freezes

In the start menu, go to all programs and then startup folder. Delete:

WinampAgent
SunJavaUpdateSched
ATICustomerCare
StartCCC (<<<you can leave this if you like CCC starting with Windows)

In the start menu, type services.msc and hit enter. Disable the following services:

AMD External Events Utility
Offline Files
Windows Defender (You already have Avast and this is not needed too.)

Reboot after. If the problem isn't fixed, uninstall Avast and then test. If good, re-enable Windows Defender.
There was nothing in the startup folder, empty. But I disabled the other services

My computer just froze now, I was watching a youtube video. But it was a different freeze, I couldn't do anything, not even move my mouse, nothing. It lasted for about 20 seconds :/

As I already said, this is most likely a harddrive problem, you need to test your harddrives. Installing drivers is not the same thing as testing your harddrives.

If you let me know what kind of harddrive you are using I can probably find a program to test it with. Or you can keep spinning your wheels playing around with drivers,. which ever you prefer.
Samsung HD103UJ ATA 1 TB, this is my main one, where I have installed Windows on and where I keep most of my files.

Samsung HD753LJ ATA 750 GB, I never use this, I am thinking about removing it, it's mostly for backup

The problem is still not 100% fixed, but it does not happen very often. I checked event viewer, and I have gotten a lot of this error:

I think I have fixed the problem now, I just changed the cables to my harddrive with another pair I had.

yep figured. just for your info event ID 11 is described by MS as
In almost all cases, these messages are being posted due to hardware problems with either the controller or, more likely, a device that is attached to the controller in question. The hardware problems can be associated with poor cabling, incorrect termination or transfer rate settings, lazy or slow device responses to relinquish the SCSI bus, a faulty device, or, in very rare cases, a poorly written device driver.

Glad you are working
